Single Liquid Applicator

Single Liquid Applicator (Type 1) is economic version of dosing system using drum tank as daily tank and the system common used to supply liquid in small quantity especially chemical and medicine in batch process. Suitable for Batching dosing from Pump Station to Dosing Manifold and split to nozzle. This system also used load cell for weighing and batching for production.

Our machine was completed with sensor, motors and programming. This system is can be controlled or monitor  by our customer using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human – Machine Interface (HMI). PLC and HMI program updating support remote access by ATOM Team. (No need attend field site) .

System support remote access function provided. Engineer or customer can access HMI to remote operate, adjust setting, check alarm and report by computer or phone. Do not need to go filed site for emergency support. (Customer need to provide SIM card or WIFI for internet connection
