Background
In 2011, ATOM AUTOMATION SDN BHD was established to provide Engineering services to install, maintenance, customize upgrade and modify feed additives liquid dosing systems in feed mill as well as other industrial automation control system upgrading projects. Further extend our specialization, we succeeded to develop our liquid dosing system in 2023 with IoT and Cloud capability.
ATOM AUTOMATION SDN BHD have develop Liquid applicator that dose liquid additive into mixer. Our system are capable to remote/parameter setting by phone or computer that can reduce traveling time that attend to field site for emergency break down or can prepare necessary spare part before arrived field site.The liquid applicator are widely use in Malaysia and India market.
We assist major Malaysia Feed mill and Major Liquid additive provider to installation, calibration, Routine Maintenance, trouble shoot and upgrade for Mixer sprayer, PPLA and BTS Bulk Tank System. We also provide Engineering training to assist/ Train Major Liquid additive provider for their APAC Engineer.
